Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Alembi processes, why, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible?

Accounts and favourites
When you continue with email, we store your normalised email address, technical one-time links, preferred locale and a secure session cookie. Favourites stored on your device can be transferred to your account so they are available on multiple devices.
Alerts
An alert stores its selected filters, display link, readable summary, daily or weekly frequency, timezone, language, currency display and delivery history. Workplace coordinates are stored when part of the search. You can delete an alert from your account or unsubscribe from any alert email.
Email through Postmark
Postmark processes email addresses, message content and delivery metadata as our processor when one-time links and alert emails are sent. Postmark may process data in the United States under contractual transfer safeguards.
Listing localisation and exchange rates
Alembi may send public broker listing text and public structured property facts—never account, favourites, workplace or recipient data—to an external machine-translation or AI processor. Generated summaries are stored by listing and language. Approximate EUR prices use a cached European Central Bank EUR/SEK reference rate; SEK remains authoritative.
Analytics, cookies and images
We use no behavioural advertising. Aggregated analytics use a self-hosted, cookieless Plausible instance and must not contain personal information. The session cookie is required for sign-in. Property images are loaded from broker servers when displayed.
Retention and deletion
One-time links are valid for 15 minutes and sessions for no more than 30 days. Accounts, server-side favourites and alerts remain until you delete them or the account. Translation records follow the related public listing retention policy.
Your rights and legal basis
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We process requested account and alert functions to provide the service, and necessary security and aggregate operations under our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable service.
